Digital Marketing Manager



Responsible for developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies for businesses. Oversee projects and ensure that digital marketing campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

A Day In The Life:

  • Responsible for the overall management of Kingsmen’s digital marketing assets at a Group level including but not limited to Website, Social Media Platforms, Digital Content Repository etc
  • Responsible for the set up and implementation of Kingsmen’s social media strategy and content calendar
  • Manage the agency working with us on social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, including community management
  • Responsible for researching and understanding our audience interest and wants on media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
  • Responsible for working and coordinating with relevant divisions for content development and writing for that specific audience in the individual media channels
  • Responsible for weekly, monthly reporting of goals, metrics and performance on media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, including SEO and keeping in line with the companies KPIs for digital marketing
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies in delivering digital marketing content and activities
  • Responsible for reanalyzing plan and working with agency partners to identify opportunities for improvements by analyzing channels on a regular basis to adjust content to see what audiences respond to better
  • Create and keep a content bank to plan out content topics, headlines, related links, desired scheduling and area for management approval
  • Be a Digital Marketing evangelist for the Company

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, ecommerce and related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 years social media and digital marketing experience; experience in or of managing agency partners
  • Social Media Marketing experience in campaign and content development along with knowledge of the various Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) is essential
  • Experience with web and social media analytics and reporting tools. Well-versed in SEO, SEM, EDM and content writing
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and comfortable in using data to make recommendations and drive decisions
  • Highly organized and able to manage and prioritise multiple projects
  • Problem solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to find creative ways to optimize performance
  • Strong team leader with ability to influence, work cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-starter and self-motivated, with the ability to drive social media projects from inception to completion
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make fact-based decisions while working in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines
  • Able to respond to shifting priorities quickly and effectively when necessary
  • Attention to detail and numbers driven, strong organizational skills is essential
  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ready to learn and challenge the status quo, never say die attitude

Salary will commensurate with candidate’s working experience and qualification.
