Senior Manager, Account Service

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team to achieve the assigned sales target
  • Monitor the sales performance of the team and prepare sales forecast reports
  • Analyse project requirement, prepare quotation and secure project
  • Plan manpower and resources based on project schedule
  • Manage and coordinate the project to ensure that it is executed as per schedule and budget
  • Arrange site briefing and safety induction
  • Liaise with consultants and sub-contractors
  • Manage and supervise project team to ensure efficiency
  • Perform pre-site, interim and final inspections
  • Resolve client’s complaints and ensure that the work performed are of quality

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Building /Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial space planning, retail fit out, construction, manufacturing or hospitality industry
  • Candidate with project management experience in museums, exhibitions are highly preferred
  • Well-versed in construction design and local authorities’ requirement
  • Excellent communication skill with good command of English
  • Able to work under pressure in meeting timelines
  • Strong organisational and analytical skill

Salary will commensurate with candidate’s working experience and qualifications.
