Senior Manager / Manager, Project Management


Interiors Office / Retail


  • Work closely with our overseas design managers and designers in establishing the project schedule and milestones
  • Lead and manage projects from Design Development phase through Construction Administration phase
  • Lead and manage team of HK based designers and detailers
  • Project coordination with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure all required information for project design and planning is obtained
  • Monitor project budget, quality schedule and scope of work
  • Update Principal on project status and identify/forecast any critical problems
  • Contract management for identification of scope completion and identify add services as necessary


  • High Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ Interior Architecture/ Building Studies/ Project Management or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 Years of project management experience preferably gained in office and retail projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, methods, standards and building codes
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail is a must
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet development deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Possess strong leadership skills to motivate the team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel to Mainland China and Overseas
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Manager or Assistant Manager role

Salary will commensurate with candidate’s working experience and qualifications.
