A Day in the Life:
- Coordinate with organisers on project requirements
- Obtain costing from suppliers and determine selling price to clients
- Direct and brief designers on project requirements
- Present visual concepts to clients
- Brief suppliers on requirements of projects and timelines
- Conduct quality inspections on fabrications at suppliers’ factory and on-site
- Liaise with clients on feedback and variation orders
- Raise PO and close project after the events
- Follow up with clients for payment
- Conduct post-mortem meetings
- Coordinate and resolve any issues with suppliers
What We Are Looking For:
- Good knowledge of all operational and technical aspects
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Minimum Degree education with relation to events and exhibitions or construction management
- Minimum 3 years of related experience preferably in construction or events management
- Possess the mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings
- Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
