A Day in the Life:
Business Development
- Conduct market research, stay updated on market trends, and share insights
- Identify and connect with prospective clients both locally and overseas
- Prepare presentations and proposals for client pitches
- Collaborate closely with internal functional teams to tender and secure projects
- Work with regional offices to drive growth for the company as a group
- Assist in planning marketing strategies to drive business growth, including social media, email marketing, and networking events
- Support the execution of the biannual company conference, including consolidation of reports and presentations
- Attend relevant conferences, seminars, or industry events to enhance knowledge and expand networks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned
Administration
- Update databases of clients and projects
- Prepare documents for project tender pre-qualifications and submissions
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in a related field
- 2 to 4 years of working experience
- Experience in the Construction or Interior Fit-out industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications—PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to perform under deadlines
- Proactive and eager to learn
