A Day in the Life:
- Manage general administrative matters
- Issue invoices and credit note, raise purchase orders and manage account receivables
- Assist in tender submissions
- Assist project team on administrative duties
- Render operational assistance on-site when required
- Prepare, manage and facilitate sales quotation and relevant sales process documentation
- Update client database
- Collate and assist in the closure of project reports, payment requisitions and claims
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Prepare and disseminate newsletters, update website
- Issue and replenish stationery and office supplies
- Ensure that the office equipment are in good working condition
- Perform any other ad hoc duties
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary will commensurate with candidate’s working experience and qualification.
