A Day in the Life:
- Provide level 1 helpdesk support to all PC & MAC users
- Ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of end-users
- Facilitate repair process for IT Hardware
- Perform PC build and software installations
- Migration of user’s data, software, or computer
- To escalate specific requests or issues to next level for immediate attention and resolutions
- Support Project implementations, as when required
- Maintain proper IT documentation
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous working experience in helpdesk environment is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Office & Windows applications, and hardware troubleshooting
- Able to work beyond normal working hours (upgrade/maintenance, urgent technical issue) and support on weekend when urgent duty arise
- Good working attitude and team player
