Tendering/Contract Administration for Permanent Built (Fit out and thematic attractions), events and exhibitions and location based entertainment projects.
A Day in the Life:
- Prepare tender cost estimates and tender documentation
- Material sourcing /procurement and contract documentation
- Cost control
- Prepare progress claim to submit to the client/consultant
- Conduct site evaluation, site measurement and certification of sub-contractors’ work progress claim
- Preparation and Management of variation orders with client/consultant/sub-contractors
- Managing extension of time and related claims
- Preparation and closure of Final accounts with client/consultants/sub-contractors
- Assist in audit queries
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, construction management and Project and Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years experience. Prior exposure in events/exhibitions/museum/gallery/thematic works projects will be an added advantage
- Familiar with construction and site works
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
