Manager, Brand and Communications

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on communications leader to shape Kingsmen’s brand and presence across markets. The role will own the brand and communications agenda, influence strategic priorities and turn business opportunities into impactful narratives, campaigns, and engagement.

A Day in the Life:

• Brand and Communications Strategy – Lead Kingsmen’s brand and communications strategy, strengthening positioning, reputation and visibility across markets.
• Corporate Narrative and Content – Shape the corporate narrative and content strategy, translating business priorities into compelling stories that strengthen brand relevance and engagement.
• Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a strategic communications partner to senior leadership, shaping priorities and influencing alignment across teams and markets.
• Digital, Social and Media Strategy – Lead integrated digital, social and media communications, strengthening brand visibility, reach and engagement.
• Campaigns and Brand Initiatives – Own end-to-end delivery of strategic campaigns and brand initiatives, from concept to execution, with measurable brand impact.

What Are We Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, brand, PR, or related fields, with experience driving communications initiatives end-to-end.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related discipline.
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior management.
• Experience in a B2B and/or global environment, collaborating across multidisciplinary and cross-market teams.
• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English, with strong digital and social communications skills and a proactive, hands-on approach focused on measurable outcomes.
