What do you think led you to winning the Ambassador Award?
I believe it comes down to one thing: putting my team first. Whether it’s ensuring a smooth workflow, offering a listening ear, or celebrating their wins, I strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Seeing my team succeed is my biggest reward.
How does embodying service and excellence look like in your daily work?
It’s about more than just doing the job. It’s about creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere. A simple ‘How are you?’ or a spontaneous team lunch can go a long way. These small gestures build strong relationships and a sense of belonging.
Share a memorable work experience or accomplishment.
Receiving the Kingsmen Ambassador Award in 2023 was a huge honour. It felt amazing to be recognised for my contributions to the team. It was a reminder that my efforts matter and inspired me to continue pushing boundaries.
What advice would you give to new employees?
Don’t be afraid to take initiative. Even small actions can make a big difference. Be proactive, offer help, and always strive to learn and grow. Embrace opportunities and don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. This is how you’ll truly shine at Kingsmen.
