A Day in the Life:

  • Assist in pre-event planning. 
  • Assist in sourcing quotes for procurement of required materials. 
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers/clients. 
  • Monitor and ensure that suppliers/sub-contractors work according to schedules. 
  • Provide administrative and operational support. 
  • Coordinate event venue management. 

What We Are Looking For:

  • To support site operations. 
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and adhere to tight schedules. 
  • Assist the department in other matters as necessary.
