A Day in the Life:

Business Development

  • Conduct market research, stay updated on market trends, and share insights
  • Identify and connect with prospective clients both locally and overseas
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for client pitches
  • Collaborate closely with internal functional teams to tender and secure projects
  • Work with regional offices to drive growth for the company as a group
  • Assist in planning marketing strategies to drive business growth, including social media, email marketing, and networking events
  • Support the execution of the biannual company conference, including consolidation of reports and presentations
  • Attend relevant conferences, seminars, or industry events to enhance knowledge and expand networks
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned

Administration

  • Update databases of clients and projects
  • Prepare documents for project tender pre-qualifications and submissions

What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of working experience
  • Experience in the Construction or Interior Fit-out industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications—PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to perform under deadlines
  • Proactive and eager to learn
