A Day in the Life:

  • Generate efficient and intuitive event ideas or strategies
  • Oversee roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events
  • Prepare marketing presentations
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure collaboration in activities
  • Monitor progress of events and prepare post mortems to submit reports of performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing and related discipline
  • Proven experience as marketing or project executive or similar role [experience in this field is preferred]
  • Good understanding of events marketing and ability to evaluate trends in this field
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
