A Day in the Life:

Create and prepare technical drawings in 2D/3D and details
Provide a complete set of drawings and advise the designers on any design conflicts
Advise designers on the structural feasibility of designs
Coordinate with designers/projects on specific requirements for technical drawings
Conduct revisions for technical drawings
Conduct site measurements/take pictures on-site for technical drawing references.
Be able to travel to project sites when necessary

What We Are Looking For:

Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and knowledgeable in Photoshop and Rhino
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to do technical hand sketches
A good understanding/knowledge of the latest construction methodology
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good time-management abilities
