Executive, Operations (Warehouse)

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, this role supports the daily warehouse operations and provides logistical and operational assistance to the Exhibitions & Events teams.

A Day in the Life:

• Assist project teams in implementing projects on-site
• Plan and deploy manpower for projects
• Assist Warehouse Operations Manager in all areas as and when required
• Assist Warehouse Operations Manager with staff briefing and de-briefing
• Ensure staff adhere to work safety when carrying out projects
• Propose and implement improvements to the management of warehouse inventory and manpower
• Maintain proper inventory in warehouse
• Ensure proper maintenance of all systems and furniture in warehouse
• Prepare quotation for both internal and external clients
• Follow up with all quotations to ensure projects secured with the best price

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma in Event Management or any relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in exhibits/interior industry
• Experience in logistics or warehousing management will be an added advantage.
• Self- motivated and able to work independently
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) to perform and support daily tasks
• Possess the mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings
• Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
