We are looking for an experienced Account Service Manager with a strong background in conferences, brand activations, and experiential marketing. You will serve as the key client partner, responsible for managing accounts, leading project delivery, and ensuring high-quality execution of integrated campaigns and live experiences. We are looking for an experienced Account Service Manager with a strong background in conferences, brand activations, and experiential marketing. You will serve as the key client partner, responsible for managing accounts, leading project delivery, and ensuring high-quality execution of integrated campaigns and live experiences.

A Day in the Life:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of events and campaigns
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into impactful conference, activation, and experiential solutions
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery
  • Monitor project risks and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful on-ground execution
  • Provide regular updates, status reports, and post-event evaluations to clients and stakeholders
  • Support new business efforts including pitch preparation and proposal development when required
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, client servicing, and overall account growth
  • Mentor and support junior team members where applicable

What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account servicing, events, conferences, or experiential/activation marketing
  • Strong experience in conference production, brand activations, or live event environments
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering multiple complex projects successfully
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving account growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Passionate about delivery exceptional results and driving continuous improvement
  • Team player with leadership capability and experience guiding junior staff
