Reporting to the Project Director, this position will sit in Singapore involving client servicing, project management and the coordination of projects with clients, suppliers and main contractors.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop project execution strategies and oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Lead design management activities, including coordinating concept development, design reviews, material selections, and specialist design support services to ensure alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
  • Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and manage procurement activities, including supplier sourcing and price negotiations.
  • Coordinate project approvals, site inspections, and necessary clearances with clients, organisers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee project execution, including production, fabrication, installation, and on-site coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to clients, and manage change requests and variation orders
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and coordinate defect rectification, project handover, and post-project support.
  • Support business development activities and participate in proposal presentations and project conversion efforts.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum Degree in Architecture, Building, Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
  • Minimal 5 years Project Management experience, in mid to large scale design and construction projects
  • Experience in Design/Tender Management will be an added advantage
  • Experience in M&E will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Construction Sector will be an added advantage
  • Strong people communicator with team player qualities
  • Proven track record in managing relationships and communications with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies for successful project delivery under pressure
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), planning, negotiation skills, with experience in bid conversion opportunities
  • Well versed with Microsoft Words/Excel/Power Point/Project.
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Rhino, Tekla, Navisworks
  • Knowledgeable in BIM coordination works
  • Understands local authority requirements
  • Independent individual
  • Able to multi-task and meet adhere to tight schedule
  • Possess the mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings
  • Able to work in construction site settings and environment
  • Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
  • Able to travel/ relocate overseas when necessary will be an added advantage
